We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Assistant to the Head of Studio for a lovely design studio based in Fulham. Predominantly working in the high end premium property arena, they produce some absolutely stunning branding and creative from naming and identities, to print and web design across all touchpoints.
They are in need of someone to assist their Head of Studio with the day to day running of the studio and trafficking of all their projects, ensuring their timely and cost effective delivery. You willl be responsible for daily updates to the work schedule, liaising with client services and the design team to make sure everyone has what they need for the project and proactively assessing potential blocks or delays. You will look after the recruitment of freelancers where required and ensure all administration tasks associated with this are up to date. You will also be responsible for monitoring time and budget spent on each project. There will also be other general admin tasks such as maintaining an orderly studio and filing samples etc through to IT systems and liaising with third party suppliers.
You will need to be obsessively organised with an excellent memory to know the status of each project at all times. You will also have great interpersonal skills as you will be a main point of contact within the studio.
Experience in a similar role is not necessary, however insight into or experience within a creative agency/studio environment would be preferable. This might be a perfect second job for someone already in an administrative role within an agency looking to move into a more creative role.
The team are all back in their gorgeous studio in Fulham (covid restrictions allowing) five days per week so you will need to be able to be office based full time.
