This is a pivotal role within this integrated communications agency, and as Traffic Manager, you might also be coming from a background as a project manager, possibly also a highly organized PA from an agency background who wants to get more involved in creative management.
As Traffic Manager, you’ll work closely with the Creative Operations Manager, Project Managers and Producers - no day is ever the same which is what makes this awesome! The work is so varied and challenging so you’ll never get bored!
You’ll manage the relevant talent for every job, top creatives, to project managers, and as you get into this, you’ll also get the chance to help project manage your own projects. Diversity is the name of the game here, which is why this role will stimulate you and keep you on your toes.
This studio offers such an eclectic mix of creative communications work, working with sports, lifestyle to tech brands. And as Traffic Manager you’ll help them deliver efficiently and outstanding work.
Organisational skills, brilliant project management skills and also a head for numbers as they need you to liaise closely with the Finance team on freelance spend and project spend. Keeping a close eye on forecasts but also possible inconsistencies – you’re eagle eye for this will be essential.
And you’re definitely solutions focused, tenacious in your approach and not scared of taking the initiative. A naturally positive, get up and go attitude really helps here but the team are hugely collaborative and focused on what they do. Passionate about great design solutions.
