Hybrid working, 3 days a week in their creative studio hub, their brands are very recognisable because they are genuinely healthy, organic, playful, cheeky, beautifully designed packaging loved by children and adults. You’ll know the various brands here from supermarkets and health food stores across the UK but they are gearing for international growth! Hence this opportunity to build this with them.

As a Senior Designer, you’re smart as a whip, innovative and strategic thinking, and crafted, creative packaging design is your first love. You understand how to develop and build a brand across multiple touchpoints. A strong understanding of consumers is key. An eagle eye for detail, so refining images, fonts and layouts comes naturally to you. The current brands are distinctive but always evolving.

You own the process all the way from brief to delivery, presenting your work with confidence and ensuring all deadlines are met. And you’ll want to meet their highest design standards.

You are a people person, a great communicator and mentor for your surrounding team, you have your finger on the pulse of current trends, emerging technologies and best practices in design and like to share and integrate this knowledge within the team. Positive and upbeat as a personality, your portfolio will showcase your most creative packaging design projects and other outputs. Design is your first love, but an interest in motion and other creative disciplines will be welcomed with open arms. This is an integrated approach to consumer brand building.
